He is full of Crap! El Salvador has private armed security everywhere. Their version of Costco had a guard with a pump shotgun at each entrance and exit. An armed man in a tower with an assault weapon and two armed guards in a roving car patrol in the parking lot. 5 armed guards at one store!

Thank you for straight news and the facts as usual. It seems Obama and Biden should be able to learn that policy does matter to reduce crime, their problem is they want to use police and agencies to control their political opponents instead of criminals.
