Before Retiring I Owned Printing Businesses In Michigan...
We Began Printing Polls For A Particular Political Party....
(No Name Because All Of Them Probably So The Same..)
One Afternoon A Lady Stopped In And Handed Me An Order
For 10,000 Questionnaires... They were Ready The Following Morning,
So I Let Them Know & They Were Picked Up........ A Few Days Later
She Brought In Another Order For 10,000....This Repeated Itself
4 Times, Before I Looked At It And Thought "Didn't We Just Print This One"?
When She Stopped In To Pick-Up This Order, I Asked Her About It...
Then She Replied "This Is Exactly Why I No Longer Vote For Anything."... "We Have These Things Printed, Have The Survey Done..... Then Check Out The Results; If The Survey Doesn't Give Us The Results We Want... We Re-Word Them And Take The Survey Over Until The Answers Are What We Want Them To Be. .... SO, When They Get Those Answers; They Can Legally Say: "Our Latest Poll Shows.. ........"
"So I Don't Bother Voting Any More. It Doesn't Mean A Damned Thing.."
