I don't think admins on here as leadership as they have their own agendas.

The forced silence regarding all things covid, except for government approved messaging, was and is wrong. This country was harmed, possibly irreparably harmed because of it. I know my kids were with regards to socialization and education.

Our children were hurt because of lockdowns. Everyone knew that at the time. The government would never release the numbers if infections and degrees of illness by age classification to warrant lockdowns AND injecting our children and younger adults with these vaccines where there may be more harm than benefit by age classification. We weren't allowed to discuss this COVID information in a meaningful context because we couldn't reach out to other technical people to talk using the power of the tag to attract honest discussion. I have to sign off mow sir. Thank you for the comments.

Thank you for sharing. It is dangerous when experts are forced to toe a certain point of view.

"Academic Freedom" ≠ "Freedom of Speech". I removed that tag.

Factually true statement: "Academic Freedom" ≠ "Freedom of Speech"
Also a true statement: "Academic Freedom" ≈ "Freedom of Speech"
I'm saying the former, and I don't disagree with the latter.

I understand your perspective, but that's not how the tags are to be used. That approach can be even more easily abused.

LTC Kevin B. - This is where I say: I respectively have to agree to disagree with you. I don't believe I ever read where tags apply exclusively to articles posted. Is this what you are saying?

SFC (Join to see) - Basically yes. Tags should reflect the content of the article, not what the poster wants to make the article about.

LTC Kevin B. - What is the key word in your statement? "should ". The member may have relevant issues that an article missed, or the base information could be viewed in a different way. You never saw an article that couldn't be improved? :)
