No surprise there, Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen. When has telling the truth been a concern for Russia and its leadership?!

What is interesting is Trump never talked about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. What is also interesting is Ukraine was counting on the funding that Trump illegally delayed and eliminated to buy weapons to fight the Russians.

No, Trump just gave the Ukraine Javelin missiles and other war fighting equipment. Obama gave the Ukraine blankets.

Trump was worried that if he said anything Putin would release those videos of Trump and his ladies of the evening at that hotel.

MSG Stan Hutchison - Knowing the value set of Trump I would not put anything past him. Trump has said nothing about Russia in Ukraine and Syria. He talked tough about China but do you know what his corporation did? It was working with the Chinese government to develop Indonesia in the middle of the trade war. Is that a conflict of interest?

That picture reminds me of the Apache helicopter fratricide incident in Desert Storm. Russian made troop carriers have a low silhouette like the vehicles in the picture. In the video shot from that Apache the troop carrier on the left looked like a pronounced rectangle. The pilots never discussed the characteristics of the two targets they shot. That was their mistake. I am fairly confident my tank gunners would have seen that the vehicle on the left looked like a M113. I cringed when they destroyed the two friendly vehicles and were going to mow down our soldiers on the ground.

I think I read the Squadron Commander was allowed to retire, but he was not proud of his career and wanted to be anonymous. He had good reason to feel that way.
