Police use Taser twice on Marine veteran in Colorado Springs hospital room

I had spent over 40 years in full time Police work and can't see Myself why any force was even used on Him. It doesn't appear there was even any Criminal conduct on His part. Just why were there so many of them in the Hospital room anyway ? Seems after all that He wasn't even charged with anything either and didn't at least there make any attempt at all it appears to use any violence at all against those Officers. You can't just seize property from people. Seems some sympathy for the plight of the injury to the child should have been in order. What was shown there didn't look good at all.
