A Texas federal judge ruled that the Trump-era Remain in Mexico policy can’t be scrapped.
The Biden administration has been trying to ditch the policy since Day 1. The Supreme Court ruled it could be erased this summer, but Judge Kacsmaryk stated that Defendants failed to “thoroughly consider the effect” of its termination.

Still, the president is still pushing forward with his open borders mentality with title 42 going away. This is the America first president who was bought off by special interest groups from outside the country. I didn't know that George Soros is the open border guy who probably helps pay for the Caravans.
