If getting a ribbon to build our Army is something you need to validate your efforts, then more power to you. As for myself, I don't need to receive a ribbon for leading people to Serving their country.
It will not surprise me to see comparisons between it and wearing the old school APFT Badge on your PT gear.
Again, I am not intending to insult anybody for their hard work but this ribbon is simply not for me.
