You would think that a former health care administrator would care about decent sources instead of right-wing propaganda.

I tested positive for COVID on January 12th, and after self-isolating, began the antiviral regimen of Paxlovid (300 mg Mirmatrelvir / 100 mg Ritonavir), prescription cough meds (Benzonatate), and steroids (Prednisone). It never got worse than a moderate case of the flu, which, according to my doctor, is likely because I am both vaccinated and boosted.

My brother, who's an antivaxxer, has been hospitalized twice with COVID. He was treated with crap that is designed to deworm livestock and other BS remedies, and is still suffering from the long-term effects of COVID.

As for you and your "say"? Who cares?--you're not a medical professional.

Not just a health care administrator, a retired school health educator and administrator who has had to deal with viral outbreaks at schools. Over twenty years ago or so I remember a norovirus outbreak at an elementary school I was responsible for. We got confirmation by Wednesday of the week in question. Many students were out sick starting on Tuesday, one sick child on Monday threw up in class. This student returned on Thursday after being fever free for over 24 hours. The virus was so contagious that we had some students infected TWICE in that same week. It rapidly mutates and only takes EIGHT particles to infect. This is why it is so devastating to cruse lines. It is airborne and virtually unstoppable once someone vomits in public. There is no vaccine for norovirus. The 'vaccine' (mRNA therapy) for COVID-19 turns OFF 'T' cells. It makes a person MORE susceptible to COVID-19 variants, not less susceptible. The best defense is normal vigilant personal health practices and immediate action once symptoms set in. Fight it like a cold (60% of all common colds are caused by Corona viruses). If you are over 60 and have one or more risk factors you should consult your physician for prophylaxis and treatment. I had the virus early on and developed antibodies. I had two doses of the Pfizer vax AFTER I recovered from the virus - my wife insisted because at the time some states and locations, including the one we had booked a vacation to, were saying they would check vaccine records for entry! My initial blood test for antibodies, several months after my recovery and vax, showed that I had 50 times the number of antibodies required to test positive for them. About 9 months ago I had a second blood test that showed I had 200 times the amount of antibodies necessary to test positive for them. Both of our stories are anecdotal, but important to share so that we begin to get a clearer picture of how this virus behaves, and what actions are necessary for our own best interest. In my opinion, the 'vaccine' is more harmful than helpful, and recent revelations from the CDC (who hid vax injury data from the public) prove an unacceptable level of injuries. I am sorry for your brother's long COVID symptoms, and hope he has a speedy and complete recovery. I hope you remain healthy and develop useful antibodies.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - TLDR, but I'm sure it's BS. Unless you're a medical professional, e.g. a PhD (in a medical field), DO, MD, PA, NP, or RN, I don't care what you have to say, because I don't believe you.

Quick! Close the schools! Close your doors! Panic!! Mask up in MOPP 4 and hug a tree. Get another 4 shots and lock yourself in you home.
This will go on and on an on…….

People should mask up - I don't understand why anyone has an issue with it. Some schools are masking up again though.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - except, of course, that it is not a "fact", as SFC (Join to see) pointed out with her link to a medical article from Penn Medicine.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - I posted facts. You have yet to ever post anything factually based in science or medicine. Have a day.
