Nothing should change. Pence, just like Biden had no justifiable reason for having them in his possession. They were not President.

Now if they can show Pence classified them and had declassified them, then I have no issues. And I'd say the same of Biden.

SFC Casey O'Mally we'll just to agree to disagree. I know after I retired, few years after, I started going thru my boxes and I found stuff I didn't remember having, no classified I can assure you, or packing. Being an E7 I'm sure you can do the same thing. One more thing, the PRESUS and VP don't have time to check on their staff. And working closely with their staffs I saw things that happened or didn't happened that could have gotten many people hot water. Once on a VP trip I had to retrieve the "football" because the MILAIDE sat it down and forgot it. Have a good one and thanks for your service.

LTC Trent Klug Anything that is property of the U.S. Govt does not become the property of an individual. Once the person has departed what possible need would someone need of a declassified document, or unclassified. These documents are for use in official business, not private.

LTC Trent Klug He doesn't have a right to them, they are property of the US Government, not personal use.

1SG Michael Ward Oh, believe me I understand. They are just as responsible as their staff maybe more so as they are elected officials.

Same thing I said for Biden and Trump...

Immediate suspension of clearance (if he still has one). Revocation once proven of mishandling (which *appears* to be a given at this point). And never again allowed to hold a position of trust.
