If Lia Thomas exposed herself to anyone on a street she would be arrested and prosecuted by any Indecent Exposure Law on the books... but in the NCAA it is acceptable.

I personally believe any organization that allows anyone with male body parts in a women's locker room is guilty of Indecent Exposure. They advocated, the school and the NCAA, for this to happen.

After a little research, this is the advantage Lia (Will) Thomas has over his straight female counterparts in the pool. Taken from an article in "Swimming World".
"Just how much of an advantage did Lia Thomas possesses over biological females? The numbers paint a clear picture. The fact that the University of Pennsylvania swimmer soared from a mid-500s ranking (554th in the 200 freestyle; all divisions) in men’s competition to one of the top-ranked swimmers in women’s competition tells the story of the unfairness which unfolded at the NCAA level.
Ranked 554th against men swimmers, no wonder Will Thomas chose to become a female athlete with a "Richard". The loser wanted to be a winner, and could only do that with an unfair advantage.

Any male who grew up as a male getting all the natural hormone's has a decided physical advantage over a female. That is why Bruce Jenner says he now a female????? will not even compete in female golf tournaments etc, says it would not be fair.

SSG (Join to see) - On that issue I would have to agree with Bruce Jenner in whose case there was no question about championship athletic abilities and what an advantage it would be and no it wouldn't be fair although in this case there was no need to come from behind with already proven male athletic abilities.
