"May The God's Bless You, George Washington"
"Ya Done~Done Good"!!
~~ But Even YOU Are Being Abused.~~

Exaggeration much?
I'm not so sure that the boomer generation taught their kids what their parents taught them as a lesson of WWII - that loud, angry, demanding, frenzied, bullying emotionalism was an effective weapon of manipulation that was unfortunately used by Hitler to "persuade" support of the German people. Some of us can not tolerate that approach to anything for even a few moments without total mistrust and disrespect for anyone who uses it (except basic training, of course, lol).

LOL... I Loved It...
I Was Told As a Kid, "If Ya Really Wanna Piss-Off Someone, Make'm THINK"
And It Actually WORKS Too...
He Also Said "When You Become An Executive, And You Will; When Your People Are Upset With You, And You Know It's Temporary, Ask Them To Form A Committee,
Choose A Leader, And List Their Grievances...
Then To Choose The Top 3 Grievances And Get Back To You
To Make Decisions On How To Make Things Better For Them.
But THIS Is What WILL Happen....
#1..They'll Have A Difficult Time Choosing A Leader,
Because Nobody Wants The Job.
#2.. They'll Disagree On The Grievances,
Because They'll All Have Different Ones.
#3..They Won't Even Be Able To Choose A Top 3,
Because They ALL Want Theirs To Be IN The Top 3.
#4... You'll Never Hear From Them Again..
~~ CASE CLOSED~~ It's "Back To Business ", And You're Still In Control.

A1C Medrick "Rick" DeVaney - That's good advice, and funny too! Whoever gave that advice had a good understanding of human nature . . . and how some situations magnify the weaknesses of it.

SGT Mary G. - ...
Oddly Enough I Remembered This.....I Was About 6 Or 7 At The Time And Our Pi-Polar, Alcoholic Father Was The One Who Told Me That.... He May Have Been An Alcoholic AND Pi-Polar, But He Was Also, Literately, A Frigging GENIUS...
As Well As A Senior Executive For General Motors.... Because He Was A FUNCTIONAL Alcoholic......We'd Joke About It At Times, By Saying :
"WE Never Knew He Even Drank, Until The Day We Saw Him Sober"....LOL...
From The Top Of His Field In Management He Dropped To The Level Of Becoming A Laborer On A Merchant Mariner Ship....The SS Texaco Massachusetts.... An Oil Tanker..
We'd Further Tell People, Upon His Death, .."NOPE ,It Wasn't JUST The Alcohol Thast Killed Him; Alcohol Was Only Part Of The Reason....What Happened Is;
He Was Drunk One Night & Crossing The Street NEAR The Bar...
And Was Run Over By A Fully Loaded 18 Wheeler Truck, FILLED To The Top, With Millers's High Life Beer"..
Believe Me, We Had A Lot Of Them. Including His Wishes To Be Cremated & Buried At Sea.....SO We Honored His Wishes..... Sort Of....
Stay Tuned... If I Live Long Enough I'll Tell Ya About It.
WE Had More FUN Than Any OTHER Of The White Folks In The Neighborhood
