The "disinformation police" are still at it...and like the COVID-19 and other stories, there are two sides or more and this should be part of an intelligent discussion but apparently some are incapable of that.

The science of global warming is very simple and likely true. Carbon dioxide molecules vibrate (heat) when exposed to light. Period. If you stop there you can get very dug in to your position because you are backing an irrefutable fact. However, I have a question that never is part of the equation for these scientists. If the carbon dioxide levels are rising and the planet is warming won’t the Earth just move to another balance point and stop warming? Plant and algae growth are dependent on warmth and carbon dioxide. As the planet warms, algae in the oceans should grow quicker and capture carbon dioxide back from the atmosphere and establish a different set-point. This has been happening throughout the history of the planet.

Not really. Understand it is all based math modeling using the same data we have had forever. We already know the one who started it lied about their model but it is still used. basicall if you come up wiht a "new thing" you can get grants. This is albout the money.

Wayne and Dale, I am quite sure that our politics are the same. However, I'm a chemist and the chemistry is very basic. This is what sucks all of these "smart" people in at first. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) is the method used to tell hydrocarbons apart from one another because that wavelength of light causes them to vibrate differently. Heat is a form of energy that is expressed as vibrations. I agree that the IPCC lie and slant all the time. I also agree that it is all about the money. Climate change is an official government religion and they will not fund studies that doesn't support it anymore than the Catholic church will fund studies that support Lutheranism. When I debate these people I acknowledge the underlying truth and go after their grandiose predictions which have no such underlying proof. Make a scientist defend ludicrous predictions and see the cognitive dissonance that causes.
