A graphical comparison of Russian, Ukrainian forces a year into war

It's very obvious that personnel readiness, morale, esprit de corps, vehicle and weapons maintenance, secure communications, and good leaders is extremely important to everyone except the Russians.

Clearly Russia wasn't prepared for the pushback...

I don't believe "8,006 civilians dead" - I think the number is considerably higher.
