SSG (Join to see) - I'm pulling for a third party or wishing these two Parties offered up better options/candidates.
Having said that, the 2016 GOP Primary had a record number of Democrats vote in for Trump. My guess is hoping to make the General Election easier for a candidate that didn't match up well against the GOP favorites. Maybe not. However, it is suspicious, had they not voted in the primary, Trump probably wouldn't have made the General election.
Both Parties should concentrate on finding the best candidate possible not there personally favorite or puppet. That would be best for our country. Term limits and voting out incumbents on both sides would be a good start. Unfortunately we won't see this happen any time soon, if ever.
