Lt Col Charlie Brown As I have said previously, Russia has no conscience and killing civilians makes no difference to them.

That seems a cowards way of doing things, they can't face the Ukrainian Military so pick unarmed civilians instead who can't shoot back. Destroy their homes, take their lives and see just how low the Russian Military and Putin can sink and it's very, very low.
