Thank you to the George W. Bush Presidential Center for recognizing the national nonprofit SoldierStrong for receiving one of the top awards from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Mission Daybreak challenge to reduce veteran suicide. SoldierStrong, in partnership with the University of Southern California's Institute for Creative Technologies, developed Battle Buddy. Battle Buddy is a virtual human-led mental health and wellness application that promotes resiliency among veterans at risk for suicide.

Interesting. I take a more holistic and comprehensive approach. Let's heal the person who has PTSD 160 degrees. The best drug to prevent suicides is giving people hope. No more suicidal ideations. I will continue helping veterans that the VA can't. Battles must be won to include the war.
