PO1 William "Chip" Nagel they would view it differently if they had a family member killed by a D.U.I. driver... or sitting in Prison from having killed someone while D.U.I.. That includes drugs.

It was hard to tell Charlie, but I believe the baby was in the front of a single cab pickup. Not positive, but that’s what it looked like.
