Some of the results are dependent on parental support during this time. My grand kids have the best parents (way better than I was) and have not suffered at all because of that support. My Son is a teacher and daughter-in-law is a Doctor. Their support of learning produced 2 kids well ahead of their classmates and even further ahead of me when I was their age

That's because your Son and Daughter brought your Grand Babies up correctly. Absolutely Parents are part of the problem, they let their kids get away with everything, they think it is always someone elses problem. Congrats on raising your Son right.
