Today's America NEEDS a competent Cabinet. Both Trump and Biden have struggled mightily with this. (I didn't AGREE with a lot of what Obama's Cabinet said and did, but they were, for the most part, competent.) We can all see the problems this has caused for our nation.
This means that the job of President, at least in part, is that of an HR talent manager. And the first rule of talent management is "never limit your talent pool." Trump has consistently ignored this rule - much to his detriment - and appears poised to ignore it again.
He just can't get out of his own way. That's not good for him OR for the nation. I hope and pray he does not get the GOP nomination for 2024.

Trump had to deal with 4 years of so staffers that were disloyal, corrupt and leakers and has been constantly harassed so I understand his concern. Don’t hire future leakers and traitors

Obama and his administration bought you part one and part two of how to destroy America inside the country and outside if the country with his American never, anti cop, anti white male, destroy your military, run guns that kill border agents and innocent Americans, kiss the a$&es of your enemies and promote the Muslim brotherhood, oh yes and make sure you recognize the state or caliphate of a group of murdering rapist that are try to kill and destroy America. Hell that sounds like a perfect administration even when you add in one dead ambassador and 13 Americans that were protecting him in unapproved facilities, sound about right to you.

In my view, this is a very poor move on Trump's part... He seems to want retribution and thinks that everyone should think that way... One of former President Trump's biggest problem as President was that He was so vocal about everything! Some things should have been held close and not broadcast to the world... These two men are both excellent at their jobs, and either one would be great as our next President, so I don't like seeing or hearing the backbiting... Just saying...
