Lt Col Charlie Brown The Shape of the Beam is what Made Me Stop. If You got a Big Screen Laptop or Desktop, Freeze it, Make it Full Screen and You can get the Hull Number. It's not that Challenging from There, For a Non Aircraft Carrier it had the Tallest Superstructure Ever! It Really was a Freak! Truly One of a Kind!

OK, Squids for a grunt what is the answer? I looked at ships decommissioned in 1995 nothing I enlarged it nothing, I'm dying over here

The hull with the "9" on it, was the USS Long Beach, CGN-9. She was the worlds first nuclear powered surface combatant. The Russians had nuclear-powered ice breakers before this, but ice breakers are not combatants.
