Interesting and well written article. Note that as Russia becomes more and more desparate the true nature of the Russia - China partnership starts to become visible. China more and more has an eye on expansion into Siberia and the Artic to potentially include a land grab as Russia attempted with Ukraine. It would really be ironic if China used the same pretext to grab Siberia as Russia used to attempt to grab Ukraine. The Russian people are in for decades of suffering to come if what this article implies is true and Russia's fall from power will be irreversible.
