Drink Gatorade 2 instead of Gatorade 50 vs 240 calories.
Chairborne rangers should run a 5k run and work out on weekends.
NCODP and ODP should have an hour of sports (volleyball, basketball, running) for esprit de corps.
They should do the ACFT every other week to keep in shape and work out on their own
to maintain this. I was a reservist for 27 years and I scored from 270-300 most of my career and I got a 299 on my last APFT at age 56. I passed the ACFT at age 58. Some may have genetic issues. I did not but we will be in a war with China or Russia in the next 3 years due to Biden's wimpy Mr. Magoo policies so best to train NOW!! When in a bad peace, prepare for war and not Biden scaring you about Climate Change being the biggest threat. Our biggest threat is our current leadership making you feel bad about yourself and teaching Critical Race Theory at the Service Academies when our enemies laugh at our weak leadership. Be prepared!

Zero excuse for any active duty soldier to let that happen to themselves. If you live in on-post housing, get a home gym. Doesn’t have to cost a ton, get little by little. If you live off-post, same thing. If you live in the barracks, just get a set of dumbbells and kettlebell. If you can’t afford those, chances are you’re living beyond your means. The reality is they didn’t prioritize fitness, and that’s one of the most important things we get paid to do. Control the controllables.
