It could take years for the United States to refill the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the energy secretary recently told lawmakers. Last year's historic sale of 180 million barrels, directed by Biden to fund the {{Bloated}} federal budget, left the stockpile at about 372 million barrels, its lowest level since 1983.

Nothing like closing off our local oil production as well as transport and piping where We actually were energy independent and didn't need foreign oil imposts. Biden killed that the even worse misused the Strategic oil Reserves for a purpose that it was never intended for then begged for foreign oil and regressed even beyond where We were. He even went to Russia at one point to beg and bought Russian oil for more than what our neighbor Canada was willing to sell it for and transport just over 500 miles as opposed to 2,300 miles and a higher price from Russia. Once again also depending on OPEC which is noted for screwing us and if He kept His inept fingers out We would not have even need to deal with them for imports. Is He that stupid of was this on purpose ?
