CO2 pipelines would be a boon for ethanol. But some question if they're really a climate solution...

There are millions of miles of pipelines under all of our feet, and nobody even knows that they are there. But get an activist farmer in the discussion and all hell breaks loose, even when it costs them nothing. Once the pipeline is in, plow it and plant over it. Pretty easy to do, but you'd think that their livelihood was in danger. That "Scar" is a temporary thing that only lasts until next planting season, so grow up and understand that progress may run through your fields, that is if you want a cleaner power supply and cheap home heating.
