PO1 William "Chip" Nagel
..."Parents in that shooting have been pleading with Texas legislators to send to a bill to the governor for his signature that would raise the age for purchasing certain assault-style rifles from 18 to 21, with some exceptions. Law enforcement officers who were at Uvalde have said that the weapon's firepower was part of the reason there was a 77-minute delay in going into the school to stop the shooter.

Abbott has invested more than $4 billion and the Legislature is providing millions more on a border security project in which he has used state troopers, the National Guard, state prisons and state trespassing laws in a state-operated immigration enforcement program known as Operation Lone Star.

Texas has seen jumps in apprehensions of people crossing the border from Mexico, many of whom turn themselves in and ask for asylum. With the return of warm weather and the anticipated lifting of a pandemic-era law known as Title 42, which made expelling people easier, a jump in the current numbers is anticipated."

The Shooter In This Incident Was An Illegal Immigrant With A Criminal Record And Deported Multiple Times, Who Could Not Legally Purchase Or Own A Firearm !
So How Did He Get The Firearm He Used ?
He Either stole It , Had A Person Buy It For Him Or Purchased It In A Private Sale .
All Illegal Actions Under State And Federal Law.
Raising The Minimum Age To Purchase A Firearm To 21 Would Not Have Prevented This Tragedy Or Many Of The Other Mass Shootings ,
Most Of The Firearms Used In Mass Shootings Were Purchased Legally By The Shooter Or Someone Else In Their Household .

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel If they are here illegally there is nothing derogatory about the statement. Screw political correctness! I think there is a lot more to this story than has been released to the new media about the murders.
R.I.P all those who got murdered.

The word has become a derogatory term by dumpy and his lackeys, so yes he used to put these people in a lower class which turns out a citizen was killed. His urgency to call them illegal blinded him.

Remember they are humans and they did not deserve to be slaughtered no matter what their immigration status was!
