According to Schumer, that extreme MAGA Supreme Court got it wrong.

How the heck could bastions of MAGAness like Sotomayor, Breyer and Kagan vote for something like this!?

A 9-0 decision!? Activist Court putting politics over people and doing things by slim margins! I'm sure Schumer's sentiments are that they have "released the whirlwind and you will pay the price!"

Just for the record, Scott's legal analysis of both the decision and the Constitution is incorrect, and I'm apparently the second of his two blocks. Nothing in the decision covered the EPA making laws, it covered that the EPA's interpretation of what consisted of "wetlands" didn't match the intent of the statute.
