A BBC team was interviewing a Kherson resident about flooding after the destruction of the Kakhovka dam, when shelling hit the area.
Locals and the BBC team took cover and left the area for a safer location. No injuries were reported.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel they aren’t going to stop shelling for an interview. In their case the first one they heard should have been enough to seek shelter,
