As you can tell, they purposely wanted to put a black gay person not the best qualified black gay person. Just like with the vice president position, virtue signaling by putting in someone who is incompetent for the position. Mrs. Psaki did a better job being minister of propaganda for Joe Biden.

Watch as I violate the law and nothing happens to me. Watch as I cover for the crimes of my boss's family. Watch as I cover for the crimes of my boss before he came into office.

But it is those other guys who do not believe in the rule of law.

From your non-answer it appears you believe both statements equally violate the Hatch Act. Personally I don’t believe do. Thanks for your non-answer.

SFC (Join to see) I'm sorry, I thought the question was rhetorical. I was commenting on the article.

"Make America Great Again," "MAGA," and "mega MAGA Republicans," in and of themselves, are perfectly fine. It is the CONTEXT which is a problem. SHS saying "Trump (this administration / that individual) is working hard to MAGA," is not a problem. But had she said "only MAGA Republicans respect the rule of law," it would have been. Similarly, if KJP had said "the President is working with the mega MAGA Republicans to negotiate the debt ceiling," it would have been in poor taste, but not a violation of Hatch.

It isn't the term, it is the context.
