Great share. I knew about Bass Reeves, I often thought he deserved a movie. One tough guy. He was a Marshall out of Arkansas. He, tricked, beguiled criminals and when that didn’t work he had gun fights with them. Reeves arrested his own son for murder. Pickett developed bull dodging, Pickett actually bite the lip of the steer to bring it into submission. A lot of Black History to n the west. Look up Mary ( Stage Coach Mary) Fields, another great Character
