"...two cases, led by the conservative activist Ed Blum — who is white — argued that Harvard’s and the University of North Carolina’s policies discriminated against Asian Americans, no Asian American students came forward to testify to having experienced discrimination."

I'm trying to figure out your point on this one (more accurately the point of the article piece that you quoted). Is it that only minorities should be the lead defendant in a case about discrimination of minorities? Is it that if none of the plaintiff's witnesses testify then there's something improper?

Or it is some partisan innuendo that Asian Americans weren't the plaintiffs in the case? This of course is absurd as anyone that bothers to look past what the media tells them to believe can easily find out.

The article of course is just pure trash. Allegations that White Supremacists are trying to keep minorities down and other typical Far-Left drivel that only tell aspects of a story that fit their narrative (or make up stuff that can't be checked).

One example point is the article says "Polling has found that a higher share of Asian Americans support affirmative action, with 53% who have heard of the policy saying it’s “a good thing.” but it leaves out the other part in the study that says "On the 2022-23 survey of Asian American adults, 21% said race or ethnicity should be considered, while 76% said it should not. In the separate December 2022 survey of U.S. adults, 15% of English-speaking Asian Americans said race or ethnicity should be considered, while 85% said it should not." Funny how that goes.

As to the facts that dispute the emotional appeals that this is all a White Supremacist action, Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) is representing the hundreds of Asian American plaintiffs in in group, the list of which has been released and verified by the courts. When one of the SFFA litigators was asked why none of the students testified on behalf of SFFA, he referred to the current online culture and the response Abigail Fisher, the white student who filed a similar lawsuit against the University of Texas, had received.

The Asian American Coalition for Education — which represents more than 386 Asian American organizations that support SFFA’s legal challenge and has written five amicus briefs backing SFFA (https://asianamericanforeducation.org/en/home/).

Before the lawsuit started, over 60 separate Asian American organizations (representing 323 Asian American organizations total) filed federal complaints with the United States Department of Education and Department of Justice against Harvard University asking for a civil rights investigation in how they discriminated against Asians (https://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2015/05/15/harvard-faces-admissions-bias-complaint-from-asian-americans/gILV3A3eWCxIGSNzMQUbZK/story.html)
