Bombing Burma's Bridges

Fantastic read. Much of the literature regarding CBI is geared toward flying over the Hump (Himalayas) or Merrill's Marauders. I had forgotten Pierre Boule had written Bridge Over the River Kwai. He also wrote Planet of the Apes.
