As a child, everything seemed like it was force fed. The Colonel’s rule: I couldn’t leave the table until everything on my plate was gone. To this day, I still hate cold mash potatoes. I’d be chewing when bedtime came. As a grew older, I had a high metabolism and could eat most football players under the table. But I’m wise enough not to take part in hot dog eating contests.
