So many companies do shady things knowing it is wrong. They are so profit motivated that values mean nothing. Those firms need to pay dearly for the breach of trust from the giver and receiver firms. The companies receiving the ill-gotten data proves that they are willing to bend rules, regulations, and laws. Therefore, what will they do with the data? What entities will get it next? Like I said, make the firms pay dearly.
