This is a Law School Professor I've been hearing on the Fox Business News on a live feed talking about the case. What he says is not just someone who doesn't know the subject matter.
He is an expert and for those who have discussed with me on the side. I couldn't remember his name exactly but even if you don't like him or you don't believe him, keep what he says in mind because it may come out to be true in the long run.
Yes, it is an opinion piece but he is basing his opinion on past cases and on the Constitution. You could have the brightest Trump haters come up with the most creative indictments but if they conflict with the Constitution and prior cases, the explanations by the prosecution are going to fall flat on their face when they go to the Supreme Court.
I know many of you including Nancy Pelosi and the female dogs of the view are saying over and over again that President Trump must prove his innocence because they are so far left they don't believe in the American rule of law that talks about innocent until proven guilty'.

He still might be right and it may have to go to the Supreme court to get a final decision because we have seen time and time again criminal activity from Democrats that doesn't get prosecuted. Hillary Clinton comes to mind and with what Hunter and President Biden have done should put them in the same league of punishment as Paul manafort. Even though Democrats in the media have have completely mischaracterized Devon Archer's testimony, Tony Babulinsky had three cell phones, a laptop and a bunch of text messages including some recordings to prove that President Biden was a freaking liar! He also screwed over Tony Babulinsky as well as mentioned in the final interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson. Let us not forget that the Biden family purposely used about 17 different shell companies to hide the money and they also change the regulations in the treasury that a Democrat had to sign off on any of the 150 suspicious activity reports generated by Hunter Biden. Janet Yellen refused to cooperate and was forced to cooperate once the Republicans took the house. So there has been a conspiracy to change the rules, make it harder to get access and to deny, deny, deny...
