Taking steps to lead a healthier lifestyle, like staying sober, not smoking, and exercising moderately, can contribute to a longer and healthier life. Regular check-ups, like glucose stress tests, are essential for early detection and prevention. Seeing a dermatologist for skin cancer screening, especially if it runs in your family, is a smart move. It's all about proactive steps towards better health. This goes to show that even moderate exercise can make a difference! Also, I've known people who drink alcohol, actually too much alcohol and their kidneys or liver give out. Diabetes is also a problem and alcoholism will increase your chances of diabetes.

Smoking cigarettes and even smoking marijuana can increase lung cancer. Vaping doesn't help either.

stay sober and don't smoke with moderate exercise is a good way to live longer. Don't forget you get your colonoscopy every 5 years. Make sure you take your glucose stress test. I did one recently and my sugar level is fine even I'm approaching 61 years of age.

Skin cancer runs in my family and I'm going to see a dermatologist tomorrow.
