Most mass shootings are domestic violence related. Him being a cop has little to do with it as most if not all know and understand the law to a point as to why you can't shoot and kill your wife just so happens this a-hole was a cop. Despite the stress caused by a divorce its not a reason to go off the rails and shoot up a place.

What we need is a better understanding of domestic violence and or mental health as half of all women murdered are killed by their intimate partners - cops, lawyers, doctors and so on.
