Utter BS. BTW Tricare is for those who retired from the Military.
VA can provide care for Active Duty Service Members, military retirees, & family members under their TRICARE benefit - on a space available basis.
I mean why provide medical care for family members along with all of the other programs the military has for the spouse and family. Shouldn't that come out of the military members pocket and not the taxpayers.
Those who did not retire are under TriWest and are not allowed what Tricare provides.

I say - go to prison and get the healthcare there. It won't save the taxpayer any money, but it won't exacerbate the already strained service manning efforts
