As a young COP in the early 80's, assigned to the Highway section, our assignments were, traffic accidents and traffic enforcement.
I collected license plate numbers, writing citations through out day and nights.
Looking back now, that was a very fun collection, one license plate number had 12 citations attached to it, that day.
Why 12 citations in one stop, Male, Young, Stupid and Had to many complaints about his motorcycle.
