Galaxies traveling at such speeds would be unreachable. However, travel to any of the billions of stars in our home galaxy may be possible in the next few hundred years. There has to be another habitable planet in our galaxy. Hell, who thought travel to mars would be a thing, and it's coming within our lifetimes.
