I read about this technique for treating PTSD in the September2023 American Legioin Magazine. It seems to be quite successful with a 90% success rate without using drugs or medication. You need about three sesssions with a trained therapist. You can see if you qualify by visiting thertmprotocol.com. It's been successful with Vietnam Vets who have suffered with PTSD for 50 years.

Any process that takes drugs out of the recovery path sounds great to me. My only fear is as one gets farther away from those sessions with the therapist will the results hold? Relapse is no stranger to PTSD recovery programs.

I know. So far, no relapses...but since it is only 3 sessions, you could go in for a refresher which might be even fewer.
