Thank you for share your story as a suicide survivor. As a mental health professional I encourage you to continue to share with members and family members that everyone goes through dark times in their lives whether you are on the battlefield or just driving to work and witness a car accident. There are things sometimes you cannot handle and it is ok to ask for help. There are many programs available to help them in their mental health struggles and motivate them to take advantage and control of their life again. Excellent share Chief, I hope everyone who can read this excellent article share with their families and friends. Have a blessing day.
