It's nice to know that most of these things are going to go away to statute of limitations. It wasn't done on purpose like under Hunter Biden where the justice department purposely slow walks is tax fraud case and it took them 5 years to get something done. If it's something against President trump, it gets done in no time but the statute of limitations are going to affect a lot in this case so this may be only a partial victory for Democrats. It can still go to appeal considering that this tax fraud case has nobody harmed. We also know that the assessment done by New York state is way undervalued. A 3 Acre estate of Rush Limbaugh the three acre of state of Rush Limbaugh sold for 155 million bucks. It was only 3 acres.

President Trump's property is 20 Acres and 128 rooms.

Democrats are going to look really stupid once this thing goes to an appeals process or more subject matter experts explain the actual value range that will give the prosecution no basis to push any further....
