In March, the Army resurrected the popular and long-running 1980s and 1990s-era slogan, "Be All You Can Be." The new ad replaced the previous "What's Your Warrior" marketing effort, which encouraged young Americans to enlist into a force with a diverse range of high-tech fields that would make them desirable job candidates in the civilian world one day.
Old slogan revamped is not the answer. Development and implementation of a new MOS for recruitment in the enlisted and warrant officer relm. These are not the way.
My experience is
Recruitment or being a Recruiter is a different experience one must be able establish relationships and close a sale. Customer service beyond reproach is required.

Very true. One bad accession can ruin your reputation in an area.
So far I’ve seen the Army replay old ads, change who USAREC reports to and give both the CO and XO another star each.
I have seen nothing at all on lead generation or refinement and still noting on any changes to Chapter 2 US Army Physical Accession Stadards changes at MEPS,….although they must have changed by accessing Trans folks (all 8-11 of them) as they would have been PDQ-‘No Waiver Authorized’ under the old refs.
