I Read On Their BBB Report; ~ With A Rating Of "B"~~~ Not Good
It's Filled With Complaints; So I'm Fairly Sure There Are A Multitude Of Others.
When I've Needed Assistance, I'm Often Handed Over To The Customer Service Agent ~ Whom Then Transfers The Call To Their Dept Manager.~...When I Return With The SAME Issue, A Get A Completely Different Answer From The Other Manager... And It's A Snowball Affect.
And The CEO'S Employment Background? ~~
His Previous Position Was As The VP Of A Company Whom Only Made Car Loans....
That's "IT" For HIS Qualifications For Being The CEO, Of A Financial Institution....
