Great song, but Autumn season is a concept I just can't get wrapped around. Although it was pleasantly cool today.

To me, it means 90 days before I go back to our FL home! LOL!!! It mY be the last time this year... Dawn & I are thinking of selling our Condo... but will look cor a rental in 2025 somewhere in FL...

Sgt (Join to see) I hear you. Don't know your exact situation but we had a condo on Marco Island that we bought when I was stationed here. Keeping it rented and maintained when we didn't use it became too much of a hassle so we sold it in 2013.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen The Master Fees continue to escalate, & the Board wants to demolish our existing Hurricane IAN damaged Clubhouse and build a new one!! That means a major assessment and at my age, we don't want to deal with it... We'll pay off our home in MA & use the remaining funds to rent somewhere... At least that's what's in the cards at the moment, Jack...
