Former President Donald Trump’s rhetoric has regularly bordered on the incitement of violence. Lately, however, it has become even more violent. Yet both the press and the public have largely just shrugged their shoulders.
As a political philosopher who studies extremism, I believe people should be more worried about this.
Mark Milley, the outgoing chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, is guilty of “treason,” Trump said in September 2023, just for reassuring the Chinese that the U.S. had no plans to attack in the waning days of the Trump administration. And for this, Trump says, Milley deserves death.
And back in April, Trump said that his indictment by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg would result in “death and destruction.” Then, in early October, Trump urged people to “go after” Letitia James, the New York attorney general who filed suit against him for business fraud.

Those same radicals on the left call me racist. But they're the ones that want the destruction of Israel, and they cheer on the waffen SS death squads of the palestinians.
I guess it's okay to talk about the death of Israelis on campus, but if you talk about Republican talking points, they have safe spaces and they threaten you with assault period I'm not afraid of what President Trump says because democrats have done as bad if not worse.

LTC (Join to see) - Hi Stephen. Trump says he's going to re-write the Constitution and he said he's going to "forgive" all the people convicted of crime related to the insurrection in the Jan 6th invasion of our Capitol Building.
Hitler did "his thing" little by little until it was safe to take control of the German government. I stand by my statement that Trump wants to be a dictator like Hitler became. Trump loves dictators like Putin and "Rocket Man" in North Korea. I've not heard but I imagine that Trump would have also liked Hitler except Hitler turned out to be a "loser." Trump doesn't like "losers" . . . .like those Americans in the U.S. military.
