Enablers are somewhat easy to replace so the cuts make sense. The Operators, not so much.

There is an excess of waste throughout all US military forces. Every asset is more than quadrupled daily. Create a single US military. All SOF/ SOG units now have quadrupled the support and training.

That's because of branch rivalries over utilization . . .
