I hope they are accepted. Using a law aimed at financial crimes against people who were in the Capitol on January 6th seems a gross overreach.
The DEA agent case should also get accepted. If he's ordered to carry off duty, it shouldn't matter where he's at. Now, if they provide lockers for weapons there, it's a different story.
