They honestly have no clue how to fight the US. They have technology, but only a few have access to it. The guys in the field are brave enough, but they are also 100 years behind us in tactics. It's kind of like swatting a fly. In this case there are a shit load of flies, but the AC130 is one hell of a fly swatter.

They know Biden is weak sauce and this is as much retaliation as they'll face.
