The co-founder of a popular young Republicans' group, Students for Trump, was arrested and charged with assault last week, court documents show.
Ryan Fournier, 27, is accused of grabbing a woman's arm and "striking her in the forehead with a firearm," according to a magistrate's order filed with North Carolina's Johnston District Court. He faces two misdemeanor charges: assault on a female and assault with a deadly weapon.
Fournier was released on Nov. 21, the same day of his arrest, after posting a $2,500 bond. He waived his right to an assigned attorney and is scheduled for a hearing on Dec. 18.

I would like to hear the case before assuming anything. I have not been to a parking lot in my city without being ambushed. And, the females are just as aggressive as the males; maybe more.
The incident before yesterday's I had to run down a prescription for heart medicine for my wife due to availability. There were homeless people outside the drugstore. When I came out, 2 of them stood up on the opposite side of my car and and ran like h*ll. I got inside and checked to see if they had broken in, but nothing was disturbed so I drove home. I get home and as I'm walking by the passenger side of the vehicle I see the front hub cap had been broken off. I can't even guess what they wanted that for. At any rate, I would urge everyone to wait until all the evidence has been presented in court before passing judgement on anyone accused of commiting a crime. Who knows, the next violent criminal arrested could be you.
